We got screwed over by Carvana when trying to purchase a Rivian. It came damaged (not in the pictures) in many ways and I was running around and trying to have it looked at for claims. Car was delivered without working electric charger, second key or owners manual. Charger was provided, but not Audi certified which will cause an issue on resale. All three items should have been handled properly and not blown off as no big deal. When buying a premium car, one expects premium service.
I showed up unannounced to test drive a carfor myself after spending the past few days dealing with a large chain dealership to buy a car for my daughter(I won't name the other dealership...but it was those xxxxxxx over at Freddy Beans. I did not really haggle with Greg. He said the price was the price. However going forward there was a missing key and wheel and paint blemishes that he took care of without hesitation. So I may have paid the price but I received great attention and service. A good experience.

Everything was good, straight forward process except the fact was hidden that car had some damage on bumper, front lip and hood. I asked on the phone if car had any damage and was told no. Only came to know about damage when I got there and saw it person after coming from another state.
Ken made the process very seamless! I dropped in for a test drive and had the paperwork in my inbox the same day, they even made some modifications to my car as I was moving to a new state and wanted some changes! I traded in my 2003 Corvette for a 2017 Corvette. On my way home after about 45 minutes of driving at a higher speed I noticed a vibration. I pulled over and called Ken and he assured me they would stand behind the car and I could bring it to my mechanic and they would take care of any issue, thinking it might just be balancing. Purchased a vehicle from them on February 24th. Today is March 18th and they still have yet to send me the title to my car that was fully paid in cash. I’ve contacted them about this and they gave me some excuse about the person that sends out the titles has been gone recently. FYI it doesn’t take almost a month to overnight me the title to the vehicle that I purchased from them.

I've been car shopping for a specific car. When a vehicle popped up at Manheim that fit my wants, I reached out to the dealership. Despite it being a Sunday, I received a prompt response. My salesperson, Ken, was an absolute pleasure to work with. Although I did not ultimately make a purchase, it was through no fault of the sales team or dealership. Ken was responsive, courteous, and zero pressure. I regret the vehicle was ultimately not the right one for me as the dealership did everything within their power to earn my business.

Greg was fantastic! We reached out to him after hours on the weekend and he went above and beyond to get his responses. We flew out there the very next day to pick up our vehicle and he had everything ready for us to go, he even got there early to make sure the car had been cleaned in detailed for our arrival.
